BEACH
Fort Lauderdale and Miami have endless miles of gorgeous beaches. If you'd like to have your bachelorette Sound Bath Meditation session on the beach we'll find the one closest to where you're staying and meet you there with beautiful beach blankets to practice on.
HOME
Enjoy the intimate and private setting of your rental home. You will get the most acoustics and feel like you are really in a sound cloud when indoors. We will come right to your rental home with the mats for you to lay on, all the instruments and bowls for the sound bath meditation, and aromatherapy.
PARK
Want to enjoy South Florida's beautiful outdoor spaces but don't want to go to the beach? There are beautiful parks in both Fort Lauderdale and Miami and all the cities in between. This is a great option for groups that want to be outdoors but not in the sand and especially groups not staying directly in Miami Beach.

Embark on a journey of wellness with our sound bath meditation session. To have this be the most relaxing experience for you and your bachelorette group, we'll provide everything that's needed from the singing sound bowls and instruments to the mats and blankets for your group and stress-relieving aromatherapy.
Relax and Unwind
What is a sound bath meditation? At our private session your instructor will bring all equipment needed. The group will lay down in a comfortable position on yoga mats and blankets that are provided. Then your practitioner will guide the group through breath, meditation and play the sound bowls and other meditation instruments that emit relaxing frequencies. The sessions are 60 - 75 minutes long.

All classes may be customized to fit your wants and needs.
Hatha Flow Yoga
This is our most popular style of yoga. In this type of class we blend vinyasa flowing movements with gentler slower poses. This is perfect for a group with mixed levels.
Gentle Yoga
This is for the group that wants a slower more relaxing class. We go deeper into the poses and hold them for a longer period of time.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa flow is a more fast paced class that flows from one posture through the next with active transitions. This class gives options for arm balances and inversions.
Yogalates
Yogalates is a blend of yoga and pilates. Enjoy a fun 60-minute flow that will give you that deep core work just like pilates mixed with the fluidity and focus on breath and mindfulness that yoga provides.
Pilates
Mat pilates is a low impact workout that focuses on the deep core. We will lengthen and strengthen in this fun dynamic workout class.
HIIT
Our High-Intensity-Interval-Training (HIIT) classes are fun and will get your group moving and sweating! We run through a series of intervals that get your heart pumping and your muscles working. This class is 45 minutes. If combined with yoga will be 60 minutes.
