Fort Lauderdale and Miami have endless miles of gorgeous beaches. If you'd like to have your bachelorette pilates session on the beach, we'll find the one closest to where you're staying and meet you there with beautiful beach blankets to practice on.
HOME 🏠
Why not enjoy the convenience of your rental home? We will come right to your rental home with the pilates mats and speakers ready to teach your group an awesome class. This is a great option for groups who want to relax before and after their session, enjoy the pool, or have some breakfast. This is also great for bachelorette groups that want to avoid the heat or have some members not participating.
PARK 🌿
Want to enjoy South Florida's beautiful outdoor spaces but don't want to go to the beach? There are beautiful parks in both Fort Lauderdale and Miami, and all the cities in between. This is a great option for groups that want to be outdoors but not in the sand, and especially groups not staying directly on Miami Beach.
