If you don't live in South Florida, no problem. Virtual yoga classes are offered for each service. Virtual private one-on-one classes, virtual private group lessons including bachelorettes, and virtual corporate yoga lessons.
With greater safety measures, social distancing, and less access to studios and gyms, virtual yoga classes are a great option to remain active while at home.

Do you teach all classes?
I teach most of my private yoga lessons. I do however have a team of highly qualified instructors who are available to teach students who might need a different time slot.

How do I pay for classes?
Classes can be paid for via credit card, Venmo, Zelle, or check. All classes are purchased in advance.
Discounts are available for virtual classes and new students (exclusions apply).
What is your experience?

When are classes held?
My current availability is between Monday - Friday with varying time slots.
If you are interested in private yoga lessons outside of the times I am available, my highly qualified team of instructors will be able to provide classes for your at the time of your choice.
Do you offer discounts for virtual yoga classes?
YES!
All virtual classes are 25% off regularly priced classes.
In addition, all first-time students for private and corporate yoga get a special new class package at an even discounted rate.
What do I need to do virtual yoga classes?
To do virtual yoga, you'll need a computer with a camera or phone and good internet connection.
