We have been working with our corporate clients virtually since 2020 and have seen such a great interest by team members for these much needed classes and workshops in the workplace.
We offer mindfulness, breath, meditation and stress reduction courses for the workplace. Along with these workshops we have yoga and fitness sessions as well that can all be done virtually, from the desk, and with no experience necessary.
