Private yoga lessons are great for the student who wants to deepen their practice, is too busy to get into a studio, enjoys customized and extra attention for their practice, or is dealing with any special circumstance physically or emotionally.
Tamara has been teaching private yoga lessons in the Fort Lauderdale area since 2014. The lessons consist of exactly what you want it to consist of. Private yoga lessons are fully customized to the student, based on your goals and needs. I will work with you very closely and assist in every part of your practice, using any props, modifications, or techniques that work best for your personal practice.

Where are classes held?
Yoga classes are held in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and nearby areas such as Hollywood, Plantation, & North Miami.
If you are interested in private yoga classes in other areas around South Florida I have a team of highly qualified instructors who conduct classes there.
Do you teach all classes?
I teach most of my private yoga lessons. I do however have a team of highly qualified instructors who are available to teach students who might need a different time slot or are in a different area than I am.

How do I pay for classes?
Classes can be paid for via credit card, Venmo, Zelle, or check. All classes are purchased in advance.

When are classes held?
My current availability is between Monday - Friday with varying time slots.
If you are interested in private yoga lessons outside of the times I am available, my highly qualified team of instructors will be able to provide classes for your at the time of your choice.
Do you offer any discounts?
YES! All first time students taking private yoga lessons get a discount on their first package of 3 classes.
How many classes can I purchase at a time?
When you first set up private yoga lessons with me you will purchase a new student package of 3 (with discount).
After your first initial package classes are purchased in a customized package based on how many times per week you will be doing classes. Between 4-16 class packages.
