Everything you learn in a private yoga lesson with your Miami instructor is up to you. If you have a specific interest in something let us know and we will emphasize that. If there are certain topics you are not interested in, we won't include them in your class.

Tamara is a certified experienced yoga instructor, proudly serving the South Florida community since 2014. She’s had the opportunity to guide and hold space for students of all ages and abilities in various settings. Tamara's teaching approach encompasses a holistic perspective, emphasizing the integration of mind and body through a combination of traditional yoga postures and mobility-focused movements. Her main goal as a yoga instructor is to help her students connect with themselves through the yoga practice using breath, mindfulness, and intuitive movement.
