Mat Pilates forms the foundation of all Pilates styles. As your certified private Pilates instructor and experienced yoga instructor, Tamara will tailor your private at-home mat Pilates session to meet your needs and help you achieve your goals.

Tamara has been teaching movement modalities since 2014. Starting with yoga and expanding into teaching pilates and strength training, many times combining all three in her private sessions in the Fort Lauderdale area.

Where are classes held?
While we serve most of Broward County, our primary service hubs include:
Fort Lauderdale: Our central location for private and corporate sessions throughout the city.
Hollywood & Plantation: Offering on-site instruction in these areas and the nearby Broward neighborhoods.
Private Pilates in Aventura: Catering to clients and vacationers in North Miami and Aventura.
If you are interested in private yoga classes in other areas around South Florida, I have a team of highly qualified instructors who conduct classes there.
Do you teach all classes?
I teach most of my private yoga lessons. I do however have a team of highly qualified instructors who are available to teach students who might need a different time slot or are in a different area than I am.

How do I pay for classes?
Classes can be paid for via credit card, Venmo, Zelle, or check. All classes are purchased in advance.
What should I look for in a private pilates instructor?
Experience and customization are key. As your private instructor, Tamara brings over a decade of movement expertise and has been teaching since 2014. Her approach focuses on tailoring the classical Pilates method to your unique body and goals. You can learn more about her background and credentials on the About Me page
When are classes held?
My current availability is between Monday - Friday with varying time slots.
If you are interested in private yoga lessons outside of the times I am available, my highly qualified team of instructors will be able to provide classes for your at the time of your choice.
Do you offer any discounts?
YES! All first time students taking private yoga lessons get a discount on their first package of 4 classes.
How many classes can I purchase at a time?
When you first set up private yoga lessons with me you will purchase a new student package of 3 (with discount).
After your first initial package classes are purchased in a customized package based on how many times per week you will be doing classes. Between 4-16 class packages.
