Live online private yoga classes one-on-one with your instructor. We will cater the class to fit your specific needs. Tamara will guide you through a class with as little demonstration as possible, this way you will get the full undivided attention that you need during an online private yoga class.
Online private yoga classes are great for the student who wants to deepen their practice, enjoys customized and extra attention for their practice, or is dealing with any special circumstance physically or emotionally.
Tamara has been teaching private yoga classes in the Fort Lauderdale area since 2014. The lessons consist of exactly what you want it to consist of. Private yoga lessons are fully customized to the student, based on your goals and needs. I will work with you very closely and assist in every part of your practice, using any props, modifications, or techniques that work best for your personal practice.

Where are classes held?
Tamara is located in South Florida, all class times are in Eastern Standard time. Private online classes are held on Zoom, Skype, or Facetime.
How do I pay for classes?
Classes can be paid for via credit card, Venmo, Zelle, or check. All classes are purchased in advance.
What is your experience?

When are classes held?
My current availability is between Monday - Sunday with varying time slots.
Do you offer any discounts?
YES! All online private yoga lessons are held at a discounted rate from in-person private yoga lessons.
Also, first time students taking private yoga lessons get a special discount on their first package of 3 classes.
How many classes can I purchase at a time?
Classes can be bought individually or in packages of 4 - 16 classes per package.
The new student special package is 3 (first consultation and video troubleshooting is free).
