With over 9 years of teaching experience in the Greater Fort Lauderdale area I have always guided my students into a practice that is specific and personal to them.

My goal as a yoga instructor is to help my students find the unity between their mind, body, and breath to improve and maintain their wellbeing in a way that is practical and accessible.

Every physical body is different, every student is different, and therefore every class should be different.
